Camp Hosts

  Greet the Campers as they come in. Answer any camping questions, show them the shower house restrooms & maintain a peaceful environment while keeping it tidy.

Just as it is. Walk around, greet folks, tell them about the weekend events, show them where the merch vendors, restrooms & speakers will be.

We will provide clipboards for attendees to be placed on our email newsletter directed to the website. This website will provide local meetings, rallies, negative school board meetings, updated voting issues and more...We will be running this website by sponsors.

Be Sure To Mention Your Group while they are filling out form.

Bruce Levings, our parking director will need ALL KINDS of help for this area. Everyone needs a break! Also, a good place to share your group info.

We plan on keeping some fun along the way.

Old Time Barnyard Games. Set up, organize & have fun. We will be doing 3-legged race, egg & spoon race, pie eating contest, hay bale race and more.

Part of UFF is putting together some Fantastic Speakers to Educate & Inform. Make sure the "next up" speaker is ready to go so we may keep things running smoothly. Keep ice & water ready for them AND get cooler ready for Live Music.

Be ready and waiting for the incoming merch vendors. Show them where their reserved area is (map privided)and help out where you can along the day.

Merch Booths are permitted to set up, starting DATE at 9:00 a.m. So early bird assistants preferably.

Greet the vendors as they come in and show them their reserved booth area (map provided). Explain to them Our Food Vouchers, water delivery and maintain the grounds in their area. 

Set Up, Greet Folks, Share The Lord's Work and Welcome ANY Denomination That Enters. We & Our Country could use a little praying through the day!

Greet Folks as they come in to pay and receive their wristbands. Answer Quick questions if they have any about the festival. 

Help get ALL areas ready to start the weekend AND to end it. Though folks Always chip in and help, we need even more to lend a hand!

Our Live Music (in the large areana) starts early Saturday Night. This is where folks can unwind and dance their boots off. As each person pays, hand them a wristband and send them on in!

Though it sounds like a "gross" job. Folks usually pick up after themselves. This is ALSO another duty that helps Groups mingle and share their information.

This is ideal for car clubs and car fanatics. UFF will be taking entry fees for each car. Portions of the entries will go to Angel Flight East .org

There will be (1) One Trophy available for the winner. We will also need (3) judges that are Not Part of the car club. "Makes for a Fair Winning"

Just like the old days. Pick up the phone and call a list of radio stations, local news and papers. 

Get Them Involved. Position will also help out in calling local churches and invite them to the festival. After All....Sadly, our churches are closing daily and could use the support.

There will be one way into the fairgrounds for camping. Some may decide to hope for the best and get a leftover spot. Each pre-registered camper and new will receive a wristband then, Direct them to the Camp Hosts.

Before the festival, create & set up signs to each gate and a few arrows pointing the way. Maintain a safe driving environment. 

This is also part of the set up, but needs to be manned. Supplies are a given when hosting something this large. Just be ready to deliver where needed. This is a good job for individuals!

Ohhh this one will be fun! We are asking folks to dress themselves and/or their vehicles as patriotic as possible. We'll need 3 judges for these. Each Patriot person or car gets a prize!

We will need a Podcaster AND Someone to set up  a provided by Festival, Wifi Projector & Large Screen at the Merch Booth Building. We don't want folks to miss out on any speakers while they are shopping at the Merch Building. Wifi available at fairgrounds.

Podcast will have a space on our website for advertising and your podcast link for folks to watch.

The fairgrounds will handle any grounds maintenance, but there's always those little things that happen. Even our Campers might needs some help. Someone that can jump a vehicle, air up a tire, have local tow truck companies phone numbers pre-installed in their phones, quick motorcycle fixes...

Will need to have a few tools ready.
