Join United Freedom Festival Event

1.) For Quick Camping Reservations please feel free to use major credit cards online. With some folks worried about "Digital Currency", we do accept personal/business checking as well.

Though we do ask for your patience in using the "old school" payment method, this is time consuming via "snail mail" and not guarenteed.

 Any/All Returned checks are considered non-payment and the spot will go to the next name on the list. Any Returned Checks will be charged $35 "no exceptions"  

Post-dated checks will not be accepted as payment. Once check is cleared, your reservation will be made. 

All checking reservation transactions stop on DATE at 12:00a.m. This will allow for a full 2 weeks of clearing financial institutions. 

*Do Not assume beings you mailed check, your reservation is good. Once check clears, You Will get an email stating your reservations have been made.

2.) Only one (1) Camper/RV, Trailer, Tent, or any other unit per lot. The camper must fit on the campsite and cannot infringe neighboring lots. Camping will only be allowed in designated areas. 

3.) Only one car per site is allowed. A copy of parking pass MUST be displayed in the vehicle front window. All other vehicles must be properly parked in the general parking areas. Campers that violate this rule will be towed at the owner's expense. 

4.) The camping permit is to be always displayed in the roadside window of vehicle. 

5.) ** No air conditioner hook-ups allowed on the 110v supplied by fairgrounds. Please supply your own power (generator).

No clotheslines, outdoor refrigerators, or freezers are permitted.

6.) All camping payments are due by Wednesday, June 19th.

7.) The person's name on the camping reservations payment will be the only name permitted on the campsite.

***Dogs allowed, but owner MUST clean up after them and kept on leash At All Times! 

If bringing a pet, please contact United Freedom Festival while sending reservations application/payment. All Pets must show proof of vaccination!

9.) Fire lanes are to be always kept open. Vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense if parked in fire lanes. 

10.) No camper will be set before 10 A.M. on July 25, 2024 before the festival unless deemed necessary by the camping committee. 

11.) *No person is permitted to stay on the fairgrounds after July 29th, 2024. If anyone is found staying on the fairgrounds after that time, you will be charged $50.00 "no exceptions" and any/all vehicles will be towed at owners expense. 

12.) One electric hook-up is permitted per lot (excluding primitive tent camping).

13.) All camping cords to the outlets must be the same size as the service wire stub (110v)

14.) Campsites must always be kept clean and picked up before leaving your site.

15.) PLEASE be Considerate of any excessively loud generators.

16.) There is (1) dump station on the fairgrounds near the shower house restrooms building. All gray & black water must be kept contained while camping. 

17.) No person shall operate golf carts or any type of motor vehicle on the grounds. Exceptions: Fair Board members, handicapped persons, and concessionaires.

21. Campers agree to abide by the Morrow County Health Department as well as Fairground &  UFF requirements. 

21. No subletting of spaces.

22. Management & Camp Hosts will have cell phones at all times. In the event of accident or incident, please contact 911 Fire/Medical/Emergency.

23. No water line connections.

24. Fire Pits With Bottom ARE ALLOWED 

  ANYONE WITH FIRES DIRECTLY ON GROUND, MUST PAY FOR SOD REPAIRS AND LABOR OF $200. ~NO EXCEPTIONS~

25. No Hazardous Materials shall be used.
